What is Forks & Corks?
Forks & Corks is an informal group of friends who meet once a month to enjoy good food and great wine, and amazing conversation. Each year, eight to ten people are invited to join Forks and Corks with the goal of having fun, developing lasting friendships, while learning more about wine.

The group meets monthly on the dates determined by the members at the first meeting.
Where do we meet?
Monthly dinners will be hosted by the Carson's.
How are the menus selected?
The menu can be as informal as pizza or as formal as lamb chops, and each member (or couple) can volunteer to contribute to the meal. The menu will be presented to the group at the previous gathering to allow for complimentary wine pairings whenever possible.
Who is responsible for bringing the wine?
Each member (or couple) is responsible for bringing one bottle of wine to every gathering.
How do I know what type of wine to bring?
Each month, a drawing will be held to identify the varietal, region, characteristic, etc. that will be the focus of the next meeting.
Is there a price limit?
Members are encouraged to keep wine purchases under $20.00/bottle. The goal is to find great wines that we can all afford without breaking the bank.
How does the wine tasting work?
The tasting will be held at the begining of each gathering. The wines will be covered and score cards will be used to keep track of each taster's impressions. Wines will be revealed over dinner and impressions shared.
